I first met Pam more that 10 years ago when I reached out to her Poway personal trainer ad. I did it on a whim as I was a stressed out mom of two school aged kids at the time, juggling a full time job and long commute. I couldn't fit exercise in and was carrying lots of extra weight. Pam came to my house early in the mornings to train me for 30 minutes. It was amazing what 30 minutes 3 times per week did with no other modifications to diet. I lost inches, felt stronger, more empowered and more confident. Pam is extremely knowledgeable and continues to educate herself on the latest training techniques and became a certified Pilates instructor. Through it all, Pam also became a dear friend. I really attribute my healthy lifestyle of exercise to her and continue to rely on her wisdom and friendship.
